※ NOTE: sleeping bag will not be provided. Please have your own sleeping bags ready or purchase it as an additional item whilst making a booking.
２ Kitchen area: two gas stove and a sink. You have up to 40 litre of water can be used (two 20 litres water tanks). Refrigerator (90 litre refrigeration power without the need to turn on your car engine).
※ NOTE: Refrigerator will not be used during winter seasons (December – March) to prevent items from freezing.
３ Toilet area: flushing toilet
４ Air-conditioning: air-condition (requires to turn on your car engine/ without turning on the car engine it will last only approximately 2 hours) and heater (without the need to turn on your car engine).
５ Blinds and screens for windows (except for the front window, driver's and passenger seat).
６ Socket: 6 (can be used to charge your TV, laptop or mobile devices without turning on the car engine).
７ Cabinets for shoes and luggage.

１ BBQ equipment: JPY 2000/day
Includes grilling nets, fold tables and chairs, LED lights, cold bags, disposal paper plates, tongs and gloves.
２ Tent: JPY 1000/set
Size: 2.5m 2.5m – can fit up to 6 adults.
３ Gas cooker: JPY 500/day
Includes gas tank and can cook up to 5.5 cups of rice.
４ Cooking equipment: JPY 500/day
Includes pot (big/small), pan, spatula, vegetables basin, chopping boards, cooking scissors, soup bowl and soup spoon.
５ Sleeping bag: JPY 700/set
A thicker version sleeping bag with pillow inside it.

# For caravan pick-up and drop-off:
１ New Chitose Airport: one of our customer service representative will be holding your name banner and wait for you at the arrival hall to assist you on caravan pick-up and where you will be required to drop-off your car.
２ Self pick-up/drop-off service: from 1 Chome-9-1 Osatsu Ekimae, Chitose, Hokkaido Prefecture 066-0031 (7 minutes walking distance from JR Osatsu Station)

# Pick-up/Drop-off hours: 6:00am-9:00pm

－ Insurance －
# Accident Insurance Claims and Disclaimer Insurance Compensation are all covered within the package.

１ Accident Insurance Claims〔Included〕
In case of an accident, enjoy an unlimited personal insurance compensation towards surroundings, the vehicles itself (JPY 100,000), up to 30m yen personal cover for each person as well as road rescue service.

２ Disclaimer Insurance Compensation〔Included〕
Exempts you from any cost on damages of surroundings or the vehicle itself.
※NOTE: Different from Non-Operation Charge (NOC).

# Under the following circumstances, you will not be covered by insurance:
Non-Operation Charge (NOC), accidents that have not been reported to the company/police, penalties from drink and drive or drug use, vehicle damages caused by mankind factors or breaching the company rental rules.
※Non-Operation Charge (NOC) includes:
１ In case of a broke down as a result of later drop-off: JPY 5000 (without tax)
２ Additional repair cost not covered by insurance.
３ Outage losses: Number of days it take to repair the vehicle (30 days maximum) x JPY 10,000.

※ Please advise the store if you think you will be late for caravan pick-up. Otherwise it will be considered as a 「no-show」 and transaction fee will not be refunded.

※ The latest time for caravan drop-off is 9:00pm. Please inform the store in advance if you wish to extend the rental period. Otherwise an extra day will be charged for any delay.
※ An inspection will be done immediately after drop-off. Please take this time into consideration too.
