09.30 am – Visit Wet & Dry market for ingredients shopping. (We encourage you to buy additional fresh seafood from wet market and our chef will cook for you FOC and you can enjoy the special taste during lunch time)
11.00 am – Arrive to the local village and start your preparation and hands on cooking experience. (2 type of local ethics dishes)
12.00 pm – Enjoy your self-prepared lunch of Sabah dishes and enjoy the company of the local family. We also provide additional 3 to 5 local ethics dishes for you to have variety taste.
